VPK Awareness Campaign RFP

Thrive by Five, a community collaborative of Community Foundation Tampa Bay, is seeking proposals
from agencies to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign. This campaign will aim to
increase awareness throughout Hillsborough County and Pinellas County of Voluntary Prekindergarten
(VPK) and will include both a general awareness campaign as well as a targeted awareness campaign
based on specific zip codes in each county. Ultimately, our goal is that everyone in our community
knows what VPK is, and that we see an increase in both VPK enrollment and completion rates.
